Romuald Lutungadio is the founder of Kazadi Consulting LLC, where he champions the belief that justice and access to legal processes should never depend on a person’s ability to afford legal representation. A multilingual legal professional with international expertise in litigation, compliance, and immigration matters, Romuald is dedicated to empowering individuals, particularly self-represented (pro se) litigants, with the tools, structure, and guidance needed to navigate the legal system with confidence.
He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from St. John’s University School of Law, a Paralegal Studies certificate from City College of New York, and degrees in Economics and Law from France and the Democratic Republic of Congo. With more than a decade of legal experience in New York and abroad, Romuald has worked with law firms, corporate compliance teams, and individual clients across family law, immigration, litigation support, and startup formation.
